Irish Luck is an alluring game, presented in bright colours and featuring many touchstones of modern video slots. The 5x3 board, which each reel separated from the other by ropes of gold, sits in the foreground of a country field on a summer’s day, with a rainbow arching overhead at the top of the screen. The green-and-gold title sits above the reels, with a golden shamrock sandwiched between each word.

The luck of the draw
The object of the game is simple: find matching combinations of symbols on active paylines from left to right. The aforementioned temptress is the game’s wild icon, and as such, she can substitute for other symbols (except the pot of gold) to furnish players with pay-outs. The wild is stacked and grants pay-outs in its own right. The sums are 10 for two, 250 for three, 2,500 for four and 10,000 for five in a line. The wild doubles all other wins in which she is involved. When this occurs, the flame-haired female can be seen standing in a sun-drenched field, with butterflies fluttering roundabout. Other high-paying symbols to watch out for include the golden horseshoe and love heart ring. These ones have matching values in the pay-table, with a top pay-out of 750 for five in a line. It’s 125 for four, 25 for three and two for two.
The pot of gold is the scatter. As well as being responsible for modest pay-outs (two for two, five for three, 20 for four and 500 for five), the scatter triggers the bonus round, during which you can be rewarded to the tune of 33 free games and a multiplier of x10. Three or more pot icons prompts a smirking leprechaun to push pots of gold across the centre before the bonus game initiates. After hitting a win, a player can decide to gamble his hard-won lucre and potentially double his balance.
