What’s so top ten about Top Ten Bingo? Well put it this way, it isn’t so named because it’s in the top ten bingo sites on the web. Bottom ten maybe, but certainly nowhere near the top. Top Ten Bingo is a dismal looking site, despite the appearance of a cheeky looking cartoon bingo ball, all red and giving it thumbs up in the site’s logo. Beneath, a slogan that can barely be made out reads “With Apollo Bingo and Walkers Bingo”. Er, okay. Is that meant to mean anything to the average site visitor?
Top Ten Bingo is reliant on a narrow design that leaves loads of unclaimed white space and that’s on desktop. On mobile, well, you really don’t wanna use this site on mobile, put it that way. Entire sections of the homepage are dependant upon Adobe Flash player to work. Why? What is the justification for having games let alone information and promotional sections of a site rendered in Flash? All it does is make your site inaccessible for the vast majority of mobile users and a good many desktop users too, especially those with the Chrome browser, which is most people.
Top Ten Bingo is a Cassava Enterprises site. If you squint, you can just make that out in the miniscule text to be found in the footer of the homepage. This site isn’t the easiest to read on desktop, while mobile and tablet users would be advised to stay away altogether. Cassava Enterprises are based in Gibraltar and hold a license issued by the government of Gibraltar. Parent company 888 group also hold a license issued by the Great Britain Gambling Commissioner to 888 UK Ltd.
There’s also Virtual Digital Services Ltd who are licensed to offer Top Ten Bingo to players based within the EU. If you need to get hold of customer services while using the site, email is your best option; they’ll endeavour to get back to you within a sluggish 48 hours. A contact submission form is available on the Top Ten Bingo website. Alternatively, there’s a freephone number available for UK players. Cashcade Ltd are the company responsible for marketing Top Ten Bingo; they’re supposedly the brains behind other sites such as Foxy Bingo.
You’d hope there’d be a banking page on the site where prospective players could ascertain the deposit and withdrawal options available. This is a Cassava Enterprises site however, and a poor one at that, so you’re out of luck. There are payment provider logos visible in the footer however and from these it’s possible to take an educated guess as to what your options are. Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Paysafecard and PayPal logos are all displayed. In addition, you can probably use wire transfer and cheque to make withdrawals.
It’s possible that Neteller is also available as a deposit and withdrawal option. Withdrawal requests typically take 48 hours to be processed at Cassava Enterprises sites followed by a minimum of 2-3 days for funds to clear. You may be asked to provide identification documents prior to your first withdrawal being granted. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts aren’t specified, but it’s probably £5 and £30 respectively, or something in that region.
There’s a £20 bingo bonus awaiting when you sign up and deposit £10. It’s not the greatest offer by any stretch of the imagination, but it’s better than nothing. The main draw at Top Ten Bingo is apparently the 100+ cash jackpots available at the site every week. This is promoted heavily on the site and, while undoubtedly true, it’s also true of any other bingo site you join. The 200% first deposit bonus will grant you a maximum of £100 in bonus cash and is subject to a 40x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. Many other Cassava Enterprises sites have just a 4x wagering requirement specified. It’s possibly the 40x is a typo, or it could indeed be the case that you have to wager your bonus cash that many times before you can get your hands on it.
Type | Amount | Match | Playthrough | Claim |

1st Deposit | £100 | 200% | 40x | Claim Bonus |
Refer a friend to Top Ten Bingo – so you can both exchange notes on what a grim looking site it is – and you’ll receive 5,000 bingo points when they deposit at least £5. These points can presumably be exchanged for cashback and other offers once you’ve earned enough of them. The more you play at the site, the more you’ll earn through the Top Ten Bingo rewards scheme. That’s about it as far as promotions go at Top Ten Bingo, save for the guaranteed weekly jackpots such as as one hosted every Friday night at 9pm with a £2,000 pot.
There are two types of bingo to be played at Top Ten Bingo and guess what they are? That’s right, 75-ball and 90-ball, the most popular variants of the game by far, especially in the UK. Playing guides to these games can be found on the Top Ten Bingo site for the uninitiated. There are also free bingo games to be played where it’s more about the fun of competing rather than the potential prizes at stake. One thing that might entice players to get involved at Top Ten Bingo – indeed one of the few things that may coax players into signing up – is the provision of chat games and tournaments.
The chat games are hosted by the site’s CMs, who are on hand to join in the conversation and generally facilitate a convivial atmosphere, one in which players are encouraged to chat with one another about their shared love of bingo and anything else that’s on their mind, from the weather to that night’s television. The primary tournament to enter at Top Ten Bingo is called Peek a Boo. It operates twice a week between the hours of 9pm and 11pm on Monday and Thursday nights. It’s hosted in the Walking on Sunshine game room and presumably there are special prizes on the line or at least some kind of incentive for getting involved.
Suffice to say that there are very few reasons why you might want to sign up at Top Ten Bingo. It’s just a bad site through and through, whose games might be functional but whose design puts you off. Dated, drab and devoid of any sort of character whatsoever, Top Ten Bingo does nothing to convince would-be players that this should become their go-to bingo site. The fact that huge sections of the homepage don’t even load due to their reliance on Flash should be enough to put you off.
The site’s slogan is also confusing. What have Apollo Bingo and Walkers Bingo got to do with Top Ten Bingo? It would be fair to say then that Top Ten Bingo is nowhere near the top ten bingo sites on the web and it certainly shouldn’t feature in your top ten. This one’s best avoided altogether.
