Atlantis Dive Slots

Atlantis, the most beautiful city ever known to have been built, lies somewhere deep below the ocean surface. Unfathomable is her beauty and indescribable is her bounty. But finally, you have a chance to take a plunge right down to the bottom of the sea and disinter what we have long lost to time and tides.

Atlantis Dive, an exciting and action-packed video slot by GameOS, is all set to offer you a shot at an adventure of lifetime. Let your spirit for discovery take over, and when you rise towards light, you will be studded with treasures – so bright and heavy – the likes of which the world has never seen before.

What Is It All About?

To put it very simply, Atlantis Dive is all about restoring to life the pride of humanity that has sunken through the submergence of Atlantis. The gameplay features 5 standard reels and 20 paylines.

Paylines are, by default, divided in two halves of ten each, and the combinations along payline connectors will help you win actual cash rewards. To know more about combinations, you can directly refer to the paytable available on the home screen.

Other controls available are:

  • Bet Max – automatically bets the maximum wagers on all paylines and sets the reels into motion.
  • Autoplay – allows you to undertake 10 spins in a go with fixed payline wagers (as assigned by you).
  • Line Price – lets you choose wagers on individual paylines.

Unlike other popular developers like Microgaming, GameOS slots always feature heavy coins, even when they actually are just nickel slots. Atlantis Dive is a fine example of this. You can set coin values starting from 10 cents to a high of $5. Considering 20 paylines, the upper ceiling for wagers per spin is set at $100 – a fairly big number, especially when you consider that this is not a high-roller slot.

How To Play Atlantis Dive?

Playing Atlantis Dive couldn’t have been simpler. All you have to do is select the paylines that you want to wager on, set coin values and just hit the big, flashy Spin button. As the reels go into frenzy, sit back and wait for them to come to a fateful stop – a stop that will tell you how big a wave you have been riding on!

How Much Can You Win With The Base Game?

It all, as would the right thing to say be, depends on what your lucky stars have conspired.

But with the regular symbols found in the base game (various sizes and forms of treasure chests, ancient maps, periscopes, a magnetic compass etc.), the maximum jackpot (5-of-a-kind) you can hit fair-and-square is 2,500 coins. If you were to put a dollar value to it, it can be $12,500 or less.

Deeper Lies The Real Treasure!

But that’s just bits and pieces of what you really stand to unearth if you are brave enough to take a deeper plunge.

The wild symbol used here – some sort of a flashy mirror – lets you swap regular symbols to score heavily with partially formed combinations. It may sound all well and good, but it should be noted that this wild symbol, for all its glitter and glaze, carries no real weight. It does not multiply your winnings and does not let you access any bonus round whatsoever. What’s even more unfortunate, it won’t help you swap for any combinations that contain fewer than four symbols.

The scatter symbol, in comparison, seems to fare much better than the wild symbol. It is the logo of the slot and it usually appears very randomly, anywhere on the screen. You need at least 3 of these fabulous fellows to make something out of your spins. 3, 4 and 5 of these – put together across reels – will help you win 5, 10 and 20 spins respectively.

If one spin is good enough to multiply your winnings by at least twice, given that all the pieces fall into place, just imagine what 20 consecutive free spins where things go your way can mean for you.

As a little gesture of niceness, GameOS has also deployed a scatter winning feature that you can benefit from even when a solitary scatter appears.

Dive On In

Atlantis Dive is a fairly good slot to play, irrespective of your budget. However, low winning returns mean that slot players looking for better margins might not find the whole idea very amusing.

Gameplay itself is not bad at all. But for some inexplicable reason, this slot seems to lack the “oomph” we usually look for while recommending slots.
