Demon Master Slots

One of the most popular titles in the Kajot catalogue, the Demon Master slot invites players to join Count Dracula and Vampirella in their crypt for a ghoulishly good game with more exciting features than you can shake a wooden stake at.

Though a simple enough to look at and featuring rules that can be condensed onto just one additional slide, Demon Master is actually packed with little extras that make it a more engaging slot experience than some of the more basic titles in the three-reel range.

Straight off the bat (ahem), players will notice that the game features the maximum 27 paylines that are available on a three-reel slot. Though these lines don’t pay both ways like in some games, should you hit a wild on any of the three reels, you’ll have a very good chance of completing multiple lines.

Bat Out Of Hell

Although Demon Master features more paylines than most other three-reel slots in the Kajot portfolio like the Crazy Fruits slot, the amounts players can wager each spin have not been changed, but instead simply divided to cover all winning combinations. This means that players still have the option of betting between 10 and 1,000 per spin, with winnings paid for any combination of three identical icons.

Payouts in Demon Master range from a paltry two times your stake for matching any of the playing card symbols nine through queen, with a big jump to sixteen times your stake for kings and aces. Beyond that, however, you get into the game’s unique symbols, with gold crosses paying 20x your bet, Vampirella awarding 40x and Dracula himself paying out an incredible 2,500x maximum jackpot.

As mentioned above, Dracula is also the game’s wild symbol and can be substituted for any regular symbol, while spelling out the word “Demon” across the three reels will trigger the bonus feature.

Creatures Of The Night

As touched upon above, the symbols used in Demon Master are largely made of conventional playing card symbols nine to ace. Though these icons have at least been given a touch of gothic stylisation, it is only the game’s higher value symbols that really stand out as being at all unique.

Despite this fact, the game does manage to maintain its own distinctive feel thanks to the dingy, cobwebbed crypt background and pentagram symbols that light up whenever a winning payline is completed. The Dracula wild symbols also transform into winning symbols before your eyes in reference to the count’s shape-shifting powers, while the reels light up eerily during the free spins.

In terms of audio, you can expect all the staple sounds of gothic horror from piercing organ notes to foreboding cackles throughout the regular game. The only background music in Demon Master is reserved for the bonus feature, and it does a good job of cranking the drama up a fair few notches.

Raising The Stakes

There are, of course, a couple of nice additions to Demon Master that make the slot really stand out from the crowd – the most prominent of which is the game’s free spins bonus round. Triggered whenever the word “Demon” is formed across the three reels, players will automatically receive 10 free spins, with all of their winnings for the bonus round being doubled whenever an “M” appears.

Winnings are also doubled in the rare – but incredibly lucrative – event of all nine spaces on the three reels displaying the same symbol (or wilds that can be substituted for it). Naturally this results in a player automatically triggering all of the 27 possible paylines, creating a big win that is subsequently multiplied by two to transform it into one of Demon Master’s monster wins.

Finally, the gamble feature that is present across all Kajot titles is still available, but in Demon Master it benefits from a blue security symbol. Players must still choose between black or red in an attempt to double their winnings, but if a blue symbol lands, their base winning amount will be protected and even a losing gamble will return their initial prize rather than leaving them empty-handed.

A Diabolical Delight

In Demon Master, Kajot have done one hell of a job in cramming an incredible amount of gameplay and features into a three-reel game. Despite the format remaining simple, Demon Master genuinely feels exciting throughout and the huge jackpots, combo win multipliers and free spins bonus feature make it a really engrossing slot that will keep you entertained until the sun goes down.
