Altercation at a poker table
Celebrity news website TMZ has shared a video showing three-time Grammy award-winner Nelly arguing with a fellow poker player and a pit boss at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut.

The 50-second video appears to show Nelly arguing with another poker player. A casino pit boss then seemingly came over to the table to calm things down. However, an argument then broke out between the pit boss and the singer.
“Get under my nuts”
Nelly seemingly insulted the other player at the table, questioning his poker ability. This led to the other player telling Nelly to “get under my nuts.”
The rapper refers to this comment while arguing in the video with the pit boss. Nelly says: “He’s talking about his balls because I said ‘you don’t know how to play,’ and you said, ‘yo get under my nuts.’ So I’m wrong?”
The pit boss admits that he had not heard this comment and did not seem keen on taking any further action. He asked the rapper to stop arguing, who replied: “I expect you to be on their side.”
The other player at the table decided that he had enough of the argument. He gathered up his remaining chips and left the Texas Hold’em table.
Other casino incidents involving rappers
A number of rappers have hit the headlines for getting involved in arguments at casinos in the last year or so. In May 2019, Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill accused the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas of being racist after he was refused entry.
Global superstar Drake took to social media to allege that the Parq Vancouver Casino in Canada racially profiled him. The rap star allegedly failed the casino’s verification checks. Drake claimed that the verification checks were, in fact, successful and that he was still refused from gambling there.
