New sportsbook at The Pass Casino
Circa Sports is ready to open a second satellite sportsbook location. The Nevada Gaming Commission recently authorized the betting company to open a sportsbook at The Pass casino, located in Henderson. After a ribbon-cutting ceremony, the sportsbook will open for business on April 29.

Joe DeSimone, owner of The Pass, and Matt Metcalf, the Circa Sports director, will be on hand during the opening ceremony. Circa CEO Derek Stevens and Henderson Mayor Debra March also plan to attend. The sportsbook will open almost one month after The Pass opened its doors on April 1.
Circa Sports ready to go
The Pass Casino in Henderson is a revamp of the former Eldorado Casino. While the new Circa Sports sports betting facility is not open yet, the casino is already advertising the space on its website. The Circa sportsbook will be the latest addition to the updated offerings at The Pass. Guests also have access to over 350 slot games, 24/7 dining, and high-energy bars.
The launch of the Henderson satellite sportsbook comes shortly after the operator opened the Tuscany satellite location in March. This facility was the very first for Circa outside the downtown Las Vegas.
Derek Stevens has big plans for the Circa Sports brand and said the launch at the Tuscany location is the next step in the expansion. The brand is looking to add new facilities across Nevada as well as the entire United States. The Henderson facility coincides with the expansion plans in the Silver State.
Circa brand started in Las Vegas
Stevens has also been focused on his Circa Resort and Casino Las Vegas, which just opened in October 2020. It is the first casino to be built from the ground-up in downtown Sin City since 1980. The property offers casino gaming, dining, and other entertainment. Stevens says the casino is home to the world’s largest sportsbook.
The sportsbook at this location is three stories tall and offers a different sort of viewing experience from most casinos. With a 1,000 person capacity, bettors can enter the sportsbook, access private boxes, and participate in unique sports events.
