Ready to go
While mobile sports betting has yet to start in Louisiana, that has not stopped Caesars Entertainment from launching its best-in-class app. Caesars Sportsbook is now live in the state, allowing bettors to prepare for when services begin. Local sports fans can download the app, register for a new account, and deposit funds.
Even though betting is not live yet, new members of Caesars Sportsbook can view betting odds and live markets. The app offers extensive odds and flexible betting limits, allowing players of all types and bankrolls to place sports bets.
Benefits for early Caesars Sportsbook members
Sports fans that register early for a Caesars Sportsbook account will have access to incentives such as a $100 Free Bet bonus to players who download and register via the app before mobile betting is live in Louisiana.
Players can also deposit $50 or more before mobile betting starts, and Caesars will provide a Free Bet bonus that is equal to the points scored by top teams in the state during launch week.
we know how passionate Bayou State sports fans are about their teams”
In a press release, Caesars Digital Co-President Eric Hession commented that the brand could not be more excited to build on its long-standing commitments in Louisiana with the launch of legalized sports betting: “We know how passionate Bayou State sports fans are about their teams and we’re confident our brand-new Caesars Sportsbook app and the exciting offers we have for launch can offer them a sports experience that can’t be matched.”
Along with offering special promotions, the app uses the Caesars Rewards program. Sports bettors in Louisiana can wager and earn Tier and Reward Credits. These credits are eligible for redemption at Caesars properties across 16 different states.
Louisiana State University sponsor
Before launching its online sports betting app, Caesars Sportsbook announced a partnership deal with Louisiana State University (LSU) Athletics. The multi-year agreement was made public in September and marked the first school in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) to sign a deal with a gambling company.
While the stadium will not offer a retail outlet, fans of Caesars will find plenty of betting options at Harrah’s New Orleans and Horseshoe Bossier City. Both properties plan to offer temporary sports betting space until construction finishes up on the new Caesars Sportsbooks.
