The WSOP Online is back for its fourth iteration, running August 20 through October 2. In Monday’s announcement, GGPoker, the host of the poker festival, revealed a schedule featuring 33 gold bracelet events and $60m in guaranteed prize pools.

among the other headline events is the series-closing $10,300 GGMillion$ High Roller

The 2023 WSOP Online $5,000 Main Event is a two-day affair with a $25m guarantee. Among the other headline events is the series-closing $10,300 GGMillion$ High Roller, also a two-day tournament, bringing with it a $10m guaranteed prize pool.

The WSOP Online was developed in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, when casinos had to close their doors for the bulk of the year. It is separate from the online bracelets events that run during the summer’s traditional WSOP, but does still award gold bracelets.

Each participating player will be assigned a “continent,” based on their location: Americas, Europe, Mediterranean, and Asia Pacific. Each continent has a series leaderboard, for which players earn points as they play in the WSOP Online. The winner of each leaderboard will receive a $35,000 WSOP Paradise prize package.

Additionally, those who share a “continent” with the winner of a WSOP Online event in which they played will gain entry into a freeroll corresponding to that event. Each freeroll will have up to $100,000 in WSOP Paradise packages and C$ as prizes.
