Gambling streamer Xposed has confirmed that he is returning to his old crypto casino partner Roobet. The Canadian started out with Roobet before swapping to Stake in 2021, transitioning his content output from Twitch to Stake’s streaming platform Kick the following year.
it all felt f*cking right.”
Xposed fans were left speculating over the weekend when he abruptly exited a stream after receiving a text message. The streamer cleared up the rumors by announcing the new partnership on a Tuesday stream. He said that he received a text from Roobet asking “if we wanted to get the band together” and “it all felt f*cking right.”
Xposed, real name Cody Burnett, confirmed the news in a video posted to his X page:
Despite confirming the switch, Xposed was quick to make clear that there were no hard feelings regarding Stake or its CEO Eddie Craven. He said: “I still love those guys. They changed my life forever and I will never say a bad word about them. Thank you very much to Eddie and the team over at Stake for the two years that I had with them.”
As for his new partnership, Xposed said his followers can expect “a lot of really cool things.” He gave an example of an Xposed-branded multiplier tournament on the Wanted Dead or a Wild slot on Roobet. The competition is offering a pool of $20,000 and the biggest multiplier wins.
Some of Xposed’s followers questioned the specifics of the deal, with gambling streamers often criticized for a lack of transparency over the money involved. Xposed affirmed that he would use his own money to gamble but Roobet would implement a max withdrawal so he doesn’t “f*cking destroy them.”
