Professional poker player Allen Kessler has just hit a $1.2m jackpot on a Buffalo Aristocrat slot at The Poker Room Thunder Valley in California.
He shared the moment on X on Tuesday:
In the video, Kessler claims he has been playing on the slot machine for the past 12 hours. He is staking $125 per spin and has credit of $2,458 in the machine at the time of the big win.

Now, Kessler must decide whether he wants the jackpot in a lump sum payment or a total dished out over the course of 20 years. On social media, he has asked any “math geeks” for help with his decision. “Bear in mind with my diet I may not live 20 years,” Kessler stated.
Kessler’s total live earnings for poker are around $4.4m, according to The Hendon Mob database. His best live cash was $276,485, earned in 2010 at the 41st WSOP.
