Genius Sports is upping its game by allowing people who watch sporting events through the BetVision app to now place bets on the action from the same screen. The sports data company is currently running this new feature in demo mode, which displays odds on the right side of the screen.
Users can scroll through the options, clicking on whatever one catches their eye. Clicking on a given selection brings up a betting slip, where users can enter a stake and confirm the bet.

Bet progress is also shown for certain wagers after they are placed. For example, with a running back rushing yards prop bet in an NFL game, a bar will appear at the bottom of the screen to track the yards the player has accumulated.
Genius Sports also integrates easy-to-view statistics of important players, allowing users to tap on them for quick access.
The UK-based company has partnerships with major sportsbook operators like BetMGM, DraftKings, and FanDuel, each of which is currently in the middle of renewal negotiations.
