Gambling streamer Xposed has just placed one of his largest wagers ever, and managed to walk away with a win.

Despite keeping the betting slip to himself, he dropped multiple hints about the wager on social media and Kick. The Canadian content creator announced it on Monday night with a post on X that read: “Let’s just say I need the lions to win tonight,” before multiple posts referring to the Detroit Lions game against the Seattle Seahawks.
When one of his followers asked the stake of the wager, Xposed confirmed that it was a “1 Million Dollar Bet.” Luckily for Xposed, the Lions defeated the Seahawks 42-29 in the end. The win came despite a late comeback from Seattle that threatened to ruin the streamer’s night.
Xposed, real name Cody Burnett, revealed further details of the bet on his Kick stream later that evening. He confirmed that he secured -195 odds for the NFL bet, meaning that he would have received a payout of $510,000 if his stake totaled exactly $1m. “That was a sweat,” he said. “They kept going back touchdown for touchdown.”
On X, Xposed said that he was “never betting that much again,” adding: “That was f*cking stupid.”
