Hendrick believes standardizing most rules would be a good move while still allowing sportsbooks to include custom sections for unique types of wagers. Such a change would lower the number of disputes, easing pressure on all parties.
The NGCB Chairman made his comments during Friday’s Gaming Law Conference at the Palms Casino Resort. He also spoke about how the gaming industry faces significant challenges in areas such as evolving technology, anti-money laundering, and cybersecurity.
