A jury has deemed a man to be not guilty of manslaughter after a man was killed in the parking garage of the Choctaw Casino & Resort Durant in Oklahoma.

Emergency services unsuccessfully attempted to save his Wingfield’s life at the scene.

Police arrested Latham shortly after the incident and charged him with first-degree murder, which was later downgraded to manslaughter. The 20-year-old is now a free man and was released from Bryan County Jail on Wednesday.
