March Madness is always highly anticipated among bettors with several weeks of exciting action presenting many betting opportunities. One person took their dedication to the next level by bringing an intravenous (IV) drip to the retail sportsbook in the Durango Casino & Resort in Las Vegas:

It’s unclear what the backstory to the picture is, whether he’s trying to recover after a heavy night of drinking in Sin City or is looking to be as sharp as possible while placing bets on the college basketball action. Some users on X responded to the post joked that he might actually need a defibrillator after some of the big upsets so far in the tournament, most prominently with fifth seed Memphis losing in the first round on Friday to Colorado State.
