A VAR official is now under scrutiny for something unrelated to the action in front of him. During a live game on television Wednesday night, a VAR official was spotted using his phone to look at an online sportsbook in the minutes leading up to the game between Lokomotiv Sofia and CSKA Sofia in Bulgaria.
