If this is your first time with the company, then you’re going to find yourself spoilt for choice here, for there’s a grand total of three scatter icons. Not only does that mean scattered pays, but it also means you have three separate bonuses to interact with. Cupid is all for spoiling those of you that open your heart to the world.
Blowing Smoke
The first of the scatters we want to draw your attention to is the smoke heart, or as Eyecon refers to it, the Cloud Heart Scatter. You’ll be on cloud nine when you get at least three of these beauties, for it’ll grant you access to a mix and match bonus level. Please remember, if your combo is to count, the icons have to be on a winning line, positioned from left to right.
In terms of the level, you have to match a pair at a time; you can get as many as you like, with your prize being a multiplied value of the tiles shown. It’s very simple in its delivery and appearance, but it’s more engaging than a simple free spins round. However, if you prefer extra spins, you’re in luck as there’s another scatter for that.
Follow Your Heart
As for the next scatter, it’s the Pick Me Scatter, indicated by a floating heart. Just as before, you’ll need between three and five for the reward to be given. Once you’ve successfully achieved that, you’ll be gifted a set number of symbols to choose from (decided by the number of icons you used to create the combo). This type of special has been seen in Aztec Rising.
It isn’t original, and again it lacks depth, but we like that you have multiple chances of getting high payouts rather than relying on just one method, or none at all. This round is a lot more short-lived than the Cloud Heart one, and so you’ll whizz through it in no time. Thankfully you’ll still have the free spins to move onto, if you can unlock them. As you’ve probably guessed, you need three of that scatter as well. They’re easy to spot as they’re the face of Cupid.
Paying for Love
We’re not talking about escorts or anything like that, but Cupid here isn’t expecting to do all this work for nothing. He needs to get paid. Fortunately for you he doesn’t ask for a great deal in exchange, and so all you need to offer is 0.01 across the winlines, which comes out at 0.25 in total. And even if you should want to pay for top notch service, the price won’t exceed 12.50 credits. We grant you it’s very specific in it terms of monetary value, but the fact it’s so welcoming of most budgets is a nice plus.
Stupid Cupid
Cupid’s Arrow might be where it’s at for some of you, but for other players you’ll want to banish that annoying cherub completely. We get it, he’s a little too cutesy and in your face. And so we bring you the legendary works of Dr. Lovemore, a guru of romance created by Playtech.
The 5 reels of that slot machine takes a more wine and dine ‘em approach, with a bright pink colour palette to go with it.
